Electric Hybrid System (EHS)

The Electric Hybrid System (EHS) incorporates a highly integrated powertrain, combining high-speed dual motors, dual controllers, and advanced oil-cooling technology to boost motor power density and overall efficiency.

High-Speed Dual Motors

Hairpin Motor Technology
Utilising advanced hairpin technology, the EHS greatly improves heat dissipation, achieving peak efficiency of up to 97% and maintaining stability above 90% in most operating scenarios.

Oil Cooling Technology
The system employs targeted oil cooling to dissipate heat effectively, boosting motor power density to a maximum of 5.5 kW/kg.

Highly Integrated Dual-Motor Controller
An IGBT-based dual-motor controller enhances overall electronic control efficiency to an impressive 98.9%, providing precise and responsive power delivery.

Xiaoyun 1.5L/1.5T Hybrid engine
